Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern use of the A-Impact content generation platform (the "Platform" or the "Service"), operated by A-Impact, 10 HaMenofim St., Herzliya, Israel. Use of the Platform and the purchase of any subscription or usage package constitute full acceptance of these Terms. References in the masculine form are used for convenience only and apply equally to all genders. In the event of any conflict between the Hebrew version and any translation, the Hebrew version shall prevail.

1. Privacy

The Company takes customary precautions to protect the confidentiality of user information. Upon registration, basic details (name, email address, and payment information) are collected as required to deliver the Service and manage the user account.

Inputs and prompts entered by the user for content generation may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) under their respective privacy policies. The Company will not use user details for any purpose other than operating the Service, communicating directly with the user, and processing payments, and will not transfer personal information to third parties not required to deliver the Service, except as required by law.

Payment details are not stored on the Company's servers and are processed securely through an external payment gateway (Grow / Meshulam). Users may at any time request to access, correct, or delete the information stored about them, subject to applicable legal requirements.

2. Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". Content generated through the Platform is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or biases. Sole responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and using the generated content lies with the user.

The Company and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on content generated through it, including commercial losses, loss of profits, reputational harm, or infringement of third-party rights.

The Company does not warrant continuous availability of the Service and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or planned service interruptions. Service disruptions may also arise from third-party AI providers, over which the Company has no control.

3. Age Restriction

Use of the Service and purchases through it are conditioned upon the user being 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 may use the Service only with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Delivery of Service

The Service is digital, and access is provided immediately upon payment approval and account activation. Where a credit package is purchased, credits will be added to the user's account within a few minutes of payment approval. 5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation of transactions shall be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.

A subscription may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided no material use of the Service has been made (no credits consumed and no content generated through the Platform). In such case a full refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower, as set out in law.

Consumed credits or content already generated are non-refundable. Cancellation of a recurring monthly subscription will take effect from the next billing cycle and will not entitle the user to a refund for the current cycle.

A cancellation request shall be submitted in writing to pavel@a-impact.co.il and shall include the user's name, transaction details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its code, design, and trademarks — are owned by the Company. Content generated by the user through the Platform belongs to the user, subject to the terms of service of the underlying AI providers. The Company will not use user-generated content for commercial purposes without the user's explicit consent.

7. Acceptable Use

Use of the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content (including infringement of copyright or the privacy of others) is prohibited. The Company may suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice and without prejudice to any other remedy available to it by law.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will enter into force 14 days after publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after such update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
