Pavel Kreinin

Founder & CEO

In a world where everyone talks about AI, Pavel focuses on one question: how to turn artificial intelligence from a cool tool into a solution that creates real value - improving processes, sharpening decision-making, and boosting productivity - without losing control over risks. At A-Impact, Pavel guides executives and professional teams through an end-to-end process: identifying high-value use cases, mapping existing workflows, building AI-based methodologies and workflows, and organizational implementation - people, process, and technology. Previously worked at Israel Digital HQ and a strategic consulting firm. Lectures and leads professional content at academic institutions, conferences, and professional departments in organizations. Also works on advanced applications like Agentic AI and building frameworks for AI implementation.

Bar Cohen

Full Stack Developer

Bar works on end-to-end systems - from design and architecture, through development and integrations, to deployment and production maintenance. At A-Impact, he focuses on integrating AI capabilities into the product and organizational processes: connecting systems, data, and workflows in a stable, secure, and scalable way. What characterizes Bar is the ability to take a complex problem and turn it into a clear, actionable technological solution - especially when it involves implementation complexity and connecting different technologies. In simple words: when an idea needs to go from the 'cool' stage to the 'works day-to-day' stage - Bar is exactly there.

Tamar Esterkin

Learning & Implementation Specialist

Tamar leads learning and implementation processes that aim to bridge people and machines - in a practical, accessible, and precise way. In her role, Tamar designs and develops training programs, workshops, and work methodologies to help teams not only get to know the tools, but also learn work methods and how to integrate them into their professional routine. The most meaningful part for her is the encounter with people: seeing how hesitation and fear of the unknown turn into satisfaction and a sense of capability. From Tamar's perspective, AI isn't a replacement - it's a partner that enhances our professionalism. Her role is to make this transition as simple as possible without compromising on responsibility, quality, and standards.

Almog Saadya

AI & Automation Project Manager

Almog accompanies organizations in identifying their real needs and translates them into solutions that work within existing or new systems, in the fields of AI and automation. Day to day, he bridges people and technology - listening, asking questions, and breaking down requests into components that can be built, measured, and implemented. One of his standout skills is pinpointing the gap between what people think they need and what will actually create change. His guiding principle: a good system isn't just smart - it's comfortable, clear, and serves its users. The goal is to free people's time and energy for things that require thinking and creativity - and let the machine do the rest.

Mali Levy

Intern

Mali is an intern at A-Impact as part of her B.A. in Economics and Management at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo, where she is in the Data Analyst track. Her studies include work with machine learning models, with a focus on extracting insights from data and presenting them clearly for decision-making. Mali led a team of about 60 employees, was responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding staff, and analyzed performance reports and labor costs to improve how work was done. Before that, she managed sales processes and guided clients throughout the process. At A-Impact, Mali works on GenAI and data analytics projects: researching and comparing tools, preparing training materials and work deliverables, and supporting training sessions and implementation processes in organizations. Her experience managing people and work processes, combined with analytical thinking, helps her connect technology tools with business and organizational processes.

Roy Rubin

Intern

Roy is an intern at A-Impact as part of his B.A. in Economics and Management at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo, and is continuing to an MBA at the college. His areas of focus are capital markets, econometrics, corporate finance, and financial accounting. He brings experience in financial analysis and modeling to the team. As an economist, he analyzes financial statements, builds economic models to assess project feasibility and profitability, and processes complex financial data in Excel to streamline reporting and operations. Previously, as an operations and finance manager, he built models to analyze sales trends and customer behavior, managed budgets and inventory, and led a team. At A-Impact, Roy works on GenAI and data analytics projects: researching and comparing tools, processing and analyzing data, and preparing professional deliverables.
