During our work with Rambam Hospital, we sat down and thoroughly investigated a complex financial process that had been done manually, relying on data sources from three different systems. After precisely mapping the human process and understanding the high complexity - which was handled thanks to the employees' experience but cost days of tedious work - we presented a solution combining automation and artificial intelligence, including deployment on the hospital's servers.
